Last week I had an impromptu book signing for The Wisdom of Transition at our Water Leaders program in Salida. I had a very emotional moment as I realized I was actually (finally!) getting to launch my book.
Backstory:
Published it on Jan 2nd.
Had emergency surgery on Jan 27th.
Official launch was scheduled for Jan 28th.
DELAY!
Rescheduled book launch for Mar 17th.
COVID restrictions put in place.
DELAY!
Then ... our Water Leaders class gets to meet in-person - with us sitting outside, a full 6-feet apart.
And ... an impromptu and spontaneous book signing occurs!!
Tears of Joy!
